Nancy has a strong background in law and sports governance, amassing expertise and experience in strategic planning and governance transformation.
Recently leaving Paddle UK where she operated as their director of governance, Nancy now provides consultancy to organisations in this area.
As part of her role as a director, Nancy will also chair the governance & risk committee of EIH, where she will provide oversight and challenge to the ongoing work to create a best-in-class compliance framework for the organisation.
