Following last weekend’s action, the England Ice Hockey Department of Player Safety (DOPS) have issued the following sanctions:

  • Dean Holland (Whitley Warriors) | Following DRS review, player has been suspended until the end of the season, plus a further 30-game suspension to be served at the start of the 2025/26 season – Slashing
  • Kohen Taylor (Hull Jets) | 1 game suspension – Abuse of officials
  • Kohen Taylor (Hull Jets) | 2 game suspension – Hitting threshold of 10 penalty points

Total: 3 game suspension for Kohen Taylor.

  • Sean Morris (Bristol Pitbulls) | Mandatory 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (suspension served on March 23) – Fighting
    • Additional comments: Fighting in the last five minutes of the game.
  • Jacob White-Sey (Bristol Pitbulls) | 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (suspension served on March 23) – Throwing equipment
  • Tommy Nappier (Bristol Pitbulls) | 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (suspension served on March 23) – Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Reece Cochrane (Bristol Pitbulls) | 2 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review – Fighting
  • Reece Cochrane (Bristol Pitbulls) | Mandatory 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review – Fighting
    • Additional comments: Fighting in the last five minutes of the game.
  • Reece Cochrane (Bristol Pitbulls) | 2 game suspension – Hitting threshold of 25 penalty points

Total: 5 game suspension for Reece Cochrane (four games to be served at the start of the 2025/26 season).

  • Bobby Ragan (Bristol Pitbulls) | 3 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (first game of suspension served on March 23) – Throwing equipment
    • Additional comments: Remaining two games of the suspension to be served at the start of the 2025/26 season
  • Bobby Chamberlain (Hull Seahawks) | 8 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (first game of suspension served on March 23, two games suspended pending no further instances of this nature before the end of the 2024/25 season) – Fighting & throwing equipment
    • Additional comments: Ban includes fighting in the last five minutes of the game, being the instigator and aggressor, throwing equipment at players on the opposing team’s bench and hitting the threshold of 20 penalty points.
  • Jordan Fisher (Hull Seahawks) | Mandatory 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (suspension served on March 23) – Fighting
    • Additional comments: Fighting in the last five minutes of the game.
  • Lee Haywood (Hull Seahawks) | 1 game suspension after DOPS/GRP review (suspension served on March 23) – Leaving the bench
  • Kian Lloyd (Chelmsford Warriors) | 2 game suspension – Fighting
    • Additional comments: Fighting an unwilling combatant. Player continued to throw punches after his opponent was down on the ice (turtled), dropped his gloves and continued punching, recklessly endangering his opponent.
  • Christopher Beckett (Oxford Rising Stars) | 1 game suspension – Abuse of officials
