As the WNIHL (Women’s National Ice Hockey League) season starts confirming league champions, we are delighted to announce details for the end-of-season finals weekend, celebrating the best women’s hockey in the country.
iceSheffield will host 13 games over three days from May 24-26, which will crown playoff champions for all three senior divisions, the ultra competitive U16 division and settle promotion/relegation between Division 1 and the Elite League.
Ticket prices for the WNIHL Finals have once again been frozen, with admission to all games covered by a £5 ticket.
Tickets will go on sale from Monday 5 May via the EIH TicketCo platform.
The action starts on Saturday 24 May, with six semi-finals across the three senior competitions – Division 1, Elite and Division 2.
Sunday 25 May starts with the U16 semi-finals followed by the Division 1, Division 2 and Elite championship games complete the schedule.
Finally, on the Bank Holiday Monday, 26 May, the U16 national championship game comes first, followed by the D1/Elite promotion/relegation game.
All in all, 13 games of the best women’s hockey players in the country can be watched for just £5!
