Following last weekend’s NIHL action, the England Ice Hockey discipline department have issued the following sanctions:

• Lee Bonner (Hull Seahawks) – 8 game suspension – 6 games for illegal check to the head. 2 games for surpassing +10 penalty points threshold
• Tom Brierley (Hull Jets) – 2 game suspension – Surpassing +10 penalty points threshold
• Jack Dransfield (Sheffield Scimitars) – 6 game suspension – 4 games for fighting, opponent unable to defend himself & holding his face cage. 2 games for surpassing +10 penalty points threshold
• Jacob Smith (Oxford Rising Stars) – 10 game suspension – Altercation off the playing surface
• Luke Burdon (Billingham Buccaneers) – 2 game suspension from 4th February (inclusive) – Fighting
• Liam Preece (Telford Tigers 2) – 9 game suspension from 4th February (inclusive) – 6 games for checking from behind. 3 games for surpassing +15 penalty points threshold
• Daniel Hughes (Billingham Buccaneers) – 4 game suspension from 4th February (inclusive) – 2 games for fighting. 2 games for accumulation of penalty points
• Paul Davies (Telford Tigers 2) – 6 game suspension from 4th February (inclusive) – Checking from behind
