Following last weekend’s action, the England Ice Hockey Department of Player Safety (DOPS) have issued the following sanctions:

• Myles Keogh (Sheffield Scimitars) | 1 game suspension – Fighting
• Marton Szrasz (Haringey Huskies) | 2 game suspension – Illegal check to the head
  • Additional comments: The player who was hit had his back to the checker, and so was in a vulnerable position. The primary point of contact was the head, and there was elevation into the hit. There was significant contact, endangering the opponent.
• Sam Dowd (Billingham Buccaneers) | 1 game suspension – Fighting
• Peyton Bralant (Slough Sirens) | 1 game suspension – High sticking
• Loyde Fuller (Invicta Mustangs) | 1 game suspension – Fighting
