Cornelia Raubal brings experience from a 20-year corporate career in the commodity (non-ferrous metals, steel and coal) industry culminating in working as the CEO of a nine figure turnover business. She currently works with high achieving individuals and organisations as an Executive Coach specialising in working with women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) industries who aspire to leadership roles, helping them to overcome such challenges as unconscious bias, leadership skills, funding issues and lack of appropriate role models. Ice hockey plays a large part in her family life; as she has been a Manager for the Haringey Hounds for the last six years, her son plays and her husband is a referee and plays as well.
