England Ice Hockey is inviting applications for Regional Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting clubs and Club DSLs within assigned regions.
This voluntary role will play an important part in strengthening safeguarding across the sport, helping clubs understand and apply national safeguarding policies, safe recruitment practices, and clear conduct and behaviour procedures.
Regional DSLs will work closely with the National Safeguarding Lead and Case Management Group to provide guidance, mentoring and support to Club DSLs, while helping ensure safeguarding standards are delivered consistently across the game.
The role is voluntary, remote and field-based within an assigned region, with travel and training costs covered. Appointments will be made on a three-year term.
