We are pleased to confirm some changes to the EIHA’s events team moving forward.

Due to changes in the responsibilities of Martin Peters, recently appointed as the director in charge of the Elite Player Pathway, we have looked at working with the EIHA’s existing events team to bring a consistent product off the ice for major events by having the same team work on the juniors events, as well as the NIHL.

Steve Merry will become the NIHL events general manager, being responsible for organising the Senior National Finals events for National League and the NIHL 1&2 North and South.

Danny Perchard will now become the JMC events manager. Not only will this include the Junior National Finals, which will be announced in due course, Danny will also be looking to continue the JMC jamborees, which have been popular every summer, by running events throughout the country when ice becomes available.

Both Steve and Danny will continue to work closely together with the events team members, to help ensure they create a fantastic atmosphere for those attending their events.
