As part of the England National Team Programme (ENTP), we are looking to run a ‘This Girl Can’ event in Lee Valley on Saturday 4 January.

We have created an event on Team App for all female players to apply. Alongside the coaches, we will then select a number of players to proceed to the event.

After the success of last year’s event, we found some players who weren’t previously identified to the ENTP and have decided to run another ‘This Girl Can’ event, looking for future players for our programmes.

On January 4, we will host our event at the Lee Valley Ice Centre, where we invite all female players with over two years of playing experience to be put through their paces by current England coaches.

We are accepting applications for those currently not in the England National Team Programme, aged from nine (born in 2016) up to 15 (born in 2010).

It promises to be a full-on day and will give the girls a valuable insight into what is required to compete for a national team spot, in the future, and hopefully find some hidden gems not identified already.
