Following last weekend’s action, the England Ice Hockey Department of Player Safety (DOPS) have issued the following sanctions:

• Inez Brannan (Manchester Storm) | 2 game suspension – Boarding
  • Further to a DRS review, Therefore, Manchester #4 Inez Brannan receives a 5+GM Boarding; Player in a vulnerable position & unaware of check, Thrown heavily into the Boards, Recklessly endangering opponent.
• Athene Idiabor-Moses (Sheffield Shadows) | 3 game suspension- Slashing
• Charlie Spridgeon (Deeside Dragons 2) | 1 game suspension- Fighting in the last 5 minutes of the game. 
• Samuel Parkin (Sheffield Titans) | 1 game suspension- Fighting in the last 5 minutes of the game. 
• Darren Stattersfield (Billingham Stars) | 2 game suspension- Fighting 
  • Fighting; Unwilling combatant & in the last 5 minutes of the game, Multiple punches thrown.
