Innovative player development

The data collected will directly feed into selection camps for next season’s England squads, helping identify and nurture emerging talent.

Additionally, Hudl Instat will return to provide professional data analysis for every game, giving players and coaches invaluable insights.

Mandatory player and parent educational sessions

As part of the weekend’s activities, all players and parents are required to attend educational sessions, led by industry experts.

These 45-minute sessions will cover essential topics for athletic and personal development, including:

  • Nutrition and hydration for peak performance
  • The importance of rest and recovery
  • Mental health and wellbeing in athletes
  • Strength and conditioning basics
