The English Ice Hockey Association is devastated to hear of the passing of Nottingham Panthers player Adam Johnson.
The EIHA sends its heartfelt condolences to Adam’s family and friends as well as the Nottingham Panthers community and those involved in the accident at this sad and difficult time.
Barrie Archer, chair of the EIHA, said: “The entire EIHA is heartbroken and deeply saddened by Adam’s passing. This is a tragic accident and our thoughts and prayers go out to Adam’s family, friends and ice hockey family at this difficult time.”
We join the ice hockey family in asking that the privacy of Adam’s family, friends and everyone at Nottingham Panthers is respected as we learn to come to terms with our grief.
