Several incidents occurred on and off the ice towards the end of U18 national semi-final between Sheffield Steelhawks and Swindon Cougars on Saturday 18 May.

The game was called with over two minutes still to be played.

England Ice Hockey have begun an investigation which also involves South Yorkshire Police.

No further statement will be made at this time.
