This weekend, the England Ice Hockey Events team and the National Ice Hockey League, along with Planet Ice, will be opening the doors to the Annual Final Four Event at Planet Ice Coventry as we welcome fans from across the UK as we watch six teams play for silverware.
Starting on Saturday 27th April 2024, with the doors opening at 12:00, the fixtures will be as follows:

Please note that we advise fans leave plenty of time to arrive on Sunday while various roads around the Skydome will be closed at various times due to the Coventry Half Marathon.
To be prepared for a smooth entrance into the Skydome, please read the following points below ahead of arriving this weekend.
We take the safety and security of all our visitors very seriously and our staff are trained to ensure all our visitors have a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience. When attending this weekend, please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to complete our security checks.
Our security team are a great team of fully trained, professional, and approachable people that have everyone’s safety at the forefront of everything they do. You will see stewards all around the venue, ready to answer any of your questions. Please cooperate with the security checks and support our stewards as they carry out important work to keep us safe.
We encourage everyone attending this weekend to remain vigilant and if you have the slightest concern about anything or anyone, please report it to our security team who will ensure that your concerns are investigated.
To enhance the security of our venue and the customer experience, when you arrive at the venue at the Skydome Coventry, your ticket will be checked and scanned along with a search of belongings, with no exceptions.
If you have a pacemaker fitted and have been advised you shouldn’t undergo certain security checks (i.e. security wand checks), please let the security staff know as you approach them, and they’ll use an alternative search method.
Please don’t bring any bags to our events. We can only allow handbags / very small bags no bigger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm. Any bags larger than this cannot be brought into or stored at the venue, and we have no lockers or storage facilities.
If you need to bring a bag for medical reasons, please contact us in advance via email at eih.events@englandicehockey.com. Laptops and other large electronic devices are not permitted into the venue.
No illegal substances, legal highs, pyrotechnic articles, lasers, glow sticks, crash helmets, glass items, perfume bottles or other liquids, spiked bracelets/belts, selfie sticks, weapons or offensive items may be brought into the venue. Only handbags and other small bags (no bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm) and handbag sized umbrellas are allowed in the arena. No lockers or cloakroom facilities are available at the venue, and we reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. No powered musical instruments will be permitted into the venue.
Please note that no food, cans, bottles, or alcohol may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased in the venue may be consumed in the venue, except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds and after advising the venue in advance.
Ahead of arriving, we advise that you download all tickets and either have these saved on your mobile or printed.
When you arrive, please have your tickets ready for checking with the brightness turned up on your mobile device, with the QR code zoomed into.
Once you are in the arena wearing your wristband (which is waterproof and valid for both days), you will then be able to find your allocated seat or place where you’d like to stand. Around the venue we have various food & drink outlets including the option to order food & drinks from your seats.
That’s right! With thanks to Planet Ice, you can now order your food & drinks from your seat and collect your order from the collection point in Crosby’s Bar.

Happy Hour on Saturday is between 3.30pm & 5pm and on Sunday between 2pm & 3.30pm.
50/50 tickets will be available to be purchased from our sellers around the arena in orange Hi-Viz jackets plus from the Supporters Table in Crosby’s Bar. Tickets are £1 each. Sales will close at the end of the 2nd intermission of the 2nd fixture on both days with the winning number announced and posted on Social Media during the 3rd period of the 2nd fixture on both days.
Chuck A Puck – New for the Final Four Event, at each of our fixtures we will be playing Chuck A Puck for a chance to win a cash prize. Pucks are available from the Supporters Table in Crosby’s for only £1 each. More pucks sold, bigger the prize!
Chuck A Puck is played in the 2nd intermission of each fixture. Fans will be invited to throw their pucks onto the ice by our DJ/Announcer. The puck that lands inside the ‘JACKPOT BOX’ placed on the centre pot will take home the cash prize.
Should no winner be found, the cash prize is then rolled over to the next game until it’s won. Should the cash prize not be won by the Grand Final fixture on Sunday, the puck closest to the centre circle will take home the cash prize.
Programmes – With thanks to Kingpin Sports Design, copies of this year’s programme will be available to purchase both from the Supporters Table in Crosby’s Bar, but also rinkside for only £10.
Planet Ice NIHL Final Four Puck – After last year’s very quick sell out of collectable pucks, we are pleased to confirm that pucks will be available to be purchased with our Supporters Table in Crosby’s Bar for only £8.
Please note that we accept both cash & card payments this weekend at our Supporters Table with selected 50/50 sellers with card machines.
